We have the team that people in the Germantown area need for all of their plumbing requirements. Our owner has experience at running a home contractor company. This enables us to provide prompt, courteous and professional plumbing repairs, installations and replacements.

About US

Steve Herring and Donald Robbins have put together an experienced team that provides courteous and clean services at a reasonable price. Steve is a licensed master plumber; Donald manages the schedule and office. Our operations manager, Jonathan Avanzi is also a licensed master plumber with 15 years in the industry. If you need help on a remodel or plumbing repairs, we are here to help!

Meet Our Founders

River City Plumbing is owned by Donald Robbins. Steve Herring is our licensed master plumber. Together, they bring the knowledge and experience needed to serve the plumbing needs of homeowners, contractors, builders and others in Shelby County and beyond. They have known each other since 2007. They started out in Robbins Construction and then founded River City Plumbing to deliver specialized expertise in this area.

Great quality work! Very responsive and professional. Had them install a water line in my garage for a sink and a hose reel. Couldn’t be happier. Last week, my water heater was leaking. I called them and they came out the very next day and installed a new one for about $400 less than other quotes. Highly recommend!

Mr. Steve and Jonathan were a pleasure to work with. They walked us thru every step of the shower knob conversion (went from 3 knobs to 1). Talking to Jonathan for the repair/pricing and scheduling was easy and he was very professional. Would definitely use them for any other repairs/improvements.
